We are currently looking for a Bid Writer for a Market leading client within the property services industry.
We are looking for someone with construction/refurbishment Bid experience across Housing, NHS, Education sectors gained over 4-5 years. Must be good with standard IT packages including something like Visio.
Ideally, they would live near Maidenhead or Bristol (i.e., along the M4 Corridor) or near Orpington.
Job role:
Completion of Approved Lists, PQQs and ITTs
Ensure bids are returned on time and to a good standard
Take responsibility for all work delivered
Ensure compliance with group processes and procedures
Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience of bid writing, preferably in the Construction Industry.
Prior experience of using online procurement portals to obtain and return information
Completion of iHASCO defined mandatory training modules
