We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Liaison Officer for a client office based in Royston. The company is one of the biggest Property Service Providers in the UK covering a full spectrum of services.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, with support from the Customer Service Co-ordinator, we are seeking a CLO to provide effective communication, consultation, administration and support between customers, staff and our clients on our planned refurbishment contracts.
Role:
Manage appointments andaccess notifications
Manage residents expectations, rearrangement or postponement of works
Customer complaints and issue resolution
Log plans
Delivery of customer surveys
The ideal candidate will be confident in dealing with a number of people and delivering excellent customer service skills. A full UK driving licence is essential.
