We are currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer for a client site in Bishop Auckland.
The successful candidate will provide mechanical and building services engineering maintenance to a client property. This will include fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installation on the client site.
Requirements:
- Time served C&G apprenticeship in core trade/discipline. Mechanical, Plumbing or Building Engineering ect
- Experience desirable in HVAC, water systems (BCW, DHW, CWS, LTHW), medical gas and BMS.
- Experience of working within FM or building services within commercial properties.
Competitive salary and over time available paid at x1.5 or x2 depending on day and time. Our technical team gross approx. £45-£50k.
