We are currently looking for Mechanical PMs for a client covering the Central Belt.
The main responsibilities:
Preparation of Technical Submittals & Quality Plans
Planning of labour, materials and plant to complete projects.
Monitor & control of projects labour, materials and sub-contract budgets
Demonstrate a good behavioural example in all aspects of Conduct, Health & Safety, Organisation, Quality of Work and Professionalism.
Identifying & quantifying variations on projects.
Regular site visits / inspections & attending meetings.
Ensuring documentation completion
Project Planning & Compliance.
Preparation of risk assessments and method statements.
Qualifications
Must be technically qualified to HNC level (min) in a Mechanical Building Services Engineering Discipline
Experience of managing projects up to 3m.
At least 3 years of experience working on major commercial projects.
A Proven track record of successfully managing & completing projects on time & within budget.
