RAIL CONTRACTS/OPERATIONS MANAGER
ROLE
This role is suitable for either an ambitious contracts Manager with the rail sector looking to take the next leap in the management structure or a current operations manager looking to build his own department within an existing company that already has a presence in the rail sector.
Reporting Directly to the Regional Manager of the business Unit, the successful client will be able to oversee tendering process, negotiate jobs to award stage, Oversee Operations in both a technical sense and commercially as well.
My client would like someone who is comfortable with using their network as well as clients on the company database to expand the current opportunities there are receiving. Organic and controlled growth are very much required.
EXPERIENCE
The candidate should be able to produce of required a powerpoint or similar business plan stating how they would intend to grow the Rail side of the business.
As well as demonstrating the above the candidate would display their commercial control experience, management experience and how they would integrate themselves into the current business.
Sales plan and expected sales would be discussed or demonstrated and the support that would be required to achieve this.
Salary
There is no actual benchmark for this position. Salary and package would be discussed on candidates experience, presentation and potential.
Location
This is an onsite position with the office location in West of Scotland.
